Refund & Cancellation Policy – Shipdockets


At Shipdockets, we value the trust our customers place in us and are committed to delivering transparent, reliable, and efficient logistics solutions. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all users.

1. Refund Policy
Any amount available in your Shipdockets wallet will be refunded to your registered bank account within 30–45 working days from the date of request.
Refunds will be processed only after all outstanding invoices and dues are cleared.
In case of discrepancies, disputes, or verification requirements, the refund timeline may be extended until resolution.
Shipdockets reserves the right to hold wallet balance, COD remittance, or any payments in case of suspected fraudulent activity until the matter is fully investigated and resolved.

2. Account Closure / Cancellation
Users may request to close or cancel their Shipdockets account at any time.
Account closure/cancellation will be processed only after settlement of all pending invoices and financial obligations.
If a cancellation request is raised after invoice generation, a final settlement invoice will be issued, which must be cleared before account closure.
Shipdockets reserves the right to withhold COD remittance, wallet balance, or any pending payments in case of unpaid dues or suspected fraudulent activities until the issue is resolved.
