Shipdockets shall not be liable for any issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful and legitimate transactions, either for yourself or on behalf of a person you are authorized to represent.
You are responsible for informing such third parties about these Terms.
You agree to indemnify Shipdockets against any illegal or unauthorized use of the platform.

4. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password).
Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility.

5. Access Restriction
Shipdockets reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website or services at any time, without notice, in case of violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All content, data, design, and information on the platform are proprietary to Shipdockets or its partners/service providers.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or use any content for commercial or unauthorized purposeswithout prior written consent.

7. Shipping Compliance & Customer Obligations
The customer is responsible for:
Ensuring that shipped items comply with all applicable laws and regulations at origin and destination
Proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
Providing accurate shipment details on the waybill and shipping documents
Shipdockets and its service providers rely on the information provided by the customer and shall not be liable for:
Incorrect declarations
Incomplete or false documentation
Non-compliance with legal requirements
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Shipdockets harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from such issues.

8. Shipment Inspection
Shipdockets, its logistics partners, or regulatory authorities (including customs and security agencies) reserve the right to open and inspect shipments at any time without prior notice.

9. Insurance & Liability
Customers are advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage for shipments.
Unless explicitly stated, Shipdockets and its partners are not liable for loss, damage, or delay during transit.
By using the service, the customer agrees to release Shipdockets from liability related to shipment risks.

10. Documentation Requirements
Customers must provide all necessary documents required for shipment processing, including invoices, permits, and compliance-related paperwork.

11. Duties, Taxes & Charges
The customer must specify whether the shipper or consignee will bear applicable duties and taxes.
In case of non-payment by the consignee, the charges will be billed to the customer along with applicable handling or processing fees, payable within 7 working days.

12. Special Shipments (Heavy / Oversized)
Shipments with odd dimensions or heavy weight must be declared in advance.
Additional charges and specific handling requirements may apply, and such shipments will be processed only after confirmation and payment.

13. Third-Party Service Providers
All logistics services are governed by the terms and conditions of respective courier and service providers.
Customers are advised to review and comply with those terms before booking shipments.

14. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system
Misrepresent shipment contents or value

15. Limitation of Liability
Shipdockets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use of services.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
