4. Account SecurityUsers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password).Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility.
5. Access RestrictionShipdockets reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website or services at any time, without notice, in case of violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

Shipping Compliance & Customer ObligationsThe customer is responsible for:Ensuring that shipped items comply with all applicable laws and regulations at origin and destinationProper packaging, labeling, and documentationProviding accurate shipment details on the waybill and shipping documentsShipdockets and its service providers rely on the information provided by the customer and shall not be liable for:Incorrect declarationsIncomplete or false documentationNon-compliance with legal requirementsThe customer agrees to indemnify and hold Shipdockets harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from such issues.
8. Shipment InspectionShipdockets, its logistics partners, or regulatory authorities (including customs and security agencies) reserve the right to open and inspect shipments at any time without prior notice.
9. Insurance & LiabilityCustomers are advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage for shipments.Unless explicitly stated, Shipdockets and its partners are not liable for loss, damage, or delay during transit.By using the service, the customer agrees to release Shipdockets from liability related to shipment risks.
10. Documentation RequirementsCustomers must provide all necessary documents required for shipment processing, including invoices, permits, and compliance-related paperwork.
11. Duties, Taxes & ChargesThe customer must specify whether the shipper or consignee will bear applicable duties and taxes.In case of non-payment by the consignee, the charges will be billed to the customer along with applicable handling or processing fees, payable within 7 working days.
12. Special Shipments (Heavy / Oversized)Shipments with odd dimensions or heavy weight must be declared in advance.Additional charges and specific handling requirements may apply, and such shipments will be processed only after confirmation and payment.
13. Third-Party Service ProvidersAll logistics services are governed by the terms and conditions of respective courier and service providers.Customers are advised to review and comply with those terms before booking shipments.
14. Prohibited ActivitiesYou agree not to:Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposesAttempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the systemMisrepresent shipment contents or value
15. Limitation of LiabilityShipdockets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use of services.
16. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
